Hi everyone
I'm Carly, 26 year old chronic yo yo dieter / binge eater. In the past I've been fabulously successful at losing weight.... I've been even more successful at regaining it
Over the last 6 months I've been trying really hard to fix my relationship with food and stop the numbers game... This has resulted in me being in a much healthier mental state, however I am also in a much heavier state.
So I've bit the bullet and returned... But things are going to be different this time:
1) I will no longer be driven by self hatred.... I want to eat healthy, move more, lose weight and be confident and comfortable with me, my thoughts and my feelings.
2) I will not focus (or more accurately fixate) on numbers.... Calories are a guide, kilos are a ball park. My success will be measured by my happiness and wellbeing.
3) I will do exercise I enjoy (..... Or at least do not detest). This involves walking my gorgeous border collie pup, yoga and some at home workouts - stretching, squats, floor work.
So thanks to everyone for reading and feel free to add me.

Oh and not that it's a numbers game or anything but I have about 30kgs or so to shake lol0
