Hi, I am Jim and I have been logging for a while now but kinda starting to get into the community part, I like reading peoples posts and seeing if I can help at all. Anyway I started my new life in 2011 when I was 19 weighing 265 pounds :/ and dropped to my lowest of 175 in two years :) I fell in love with this life and went from a coach potato to a NASM CPT and loving it! My nutrition is pretty spot on raw vegetables, fruit and nuts with of course lean protein and occasional cheat meal lol, can't wait to drop these last few pounds I have left and keep pushing the limits of myself!
