Will I started aiming for gaining health since the first of january 2013 and the reason because I'm having knee problems and alot of poeple asked me to lose my weight to relive the pressure from my knees

Sooo,,,,,,I lost 25 kiloes which is about 54 lb & still focusing on my target and hopfully I will manage

**the reason why I'm typing this topic, is that I want to share my knowledge with everybody to help poeple who where in my shoes before to overcome any kind of obstacles that will cause thier weight to NOT moving

so I have these TIPS and hopefully it will help U losing weight faster

1st) try putting food whick contain high Vitamin D in ur diet system:
this vitamin is essentail for poeple who do not exposed to sun


2nd) aim for food with low Glymetic Index (GI):
high GI food will cause the pancreas to secret insulin in ur blood stream which will cause the formation of FAT


3rd)whenever u thirsty drink warm water ( about 38-40 degree celcius)
to stimulate good bacteria in ur stomach to improve digestion


4th)avoid salt in ur food:
salt cause the body to maintain water inside u

5th)eat alot in brakefast ... lesser in lunch ,,,, even lesser at dinner
brakefast is ur fuel for the whole day ,,,dont skip it other wise u will feel DIZZINESS

6th) don't go training with an empty stomach(eat 3 hour before training):
because this will cause to break down ur muscles whick will eventually lower down ur metabolism and maybe will harm ur body

7th) drink water 10 min before u eat,,,,, and an hour after eating
to avoid streching ur belly

8th) add Yogurt & green tea in ur diet program:
boosting ur metabolism and to burn ur belly

and thats it and good luck having that sexy slim body
