you guessed it. this is about shoes. im just about to join the gym and was wondering what sneakers (runners) are best for gym??? thanks!

It all depends on your feet (everyone is different) and what you will be mostly doing at the gym. If you'll be doing a mixture of activities, then you'll just want some all-rounder trainers/sneakers that are comfortable and supportive - decide your budget and try a few pairs to see what suits you.
If you'll be doing a lot of running then it would be advisable to have a gait assessment at a running store. They will then recommend you shoes based on your feet and running gait.0 -
