30 seconds of each do as many times around as you can in 7 mins
star jumps
squat jumps
high knees
v sits
single leg raises
jumping lunges.

    Do you have any recommendations for me? Looking for an easy workout that would burn a lot of calories, but I have balance issues because of a condition similar to Parkinson's.. Thanks for any ideas!

    Hi becky can you skip ? Skipping is one of the best excersises for calorie burning also helps build motor skills.
    alternatively small stepper excersise are perfect as with balance issues you can use a pole for reassuring.
    Star jumps
    jumping jacks (small step)
    Squats (jumps)
    Jogging (one of the best )
    Any of these can promote weight lose and burn fat.
    Hope this helps I'm looking to start a YouTube channel for workout videos etc...
