During my plan

Hello,

My plan is going well.

I reduced my daily calorie intake by 2000 kcal. I am doing regular exercise and it is working. I have lost 14lbs in 21 days. Some may say it's unhealthy but I feel great and it's working.
I have got to the stage where I'm no longer hungry between meals, I spread meals out through out the day to stop this. I am going to continue this and hope to reach my target and then I will reavaluate. I'm half way there , I must keep this up and I'm going to !
