Calorie allowance

So I recently gave up on my calorie allowance based on feeling really deprived and hungry. I feel better eating around 1500 calories but my allowance is 1390. Should I worry about the extra 110 calories? I wanna do good....but also wanna stay on.

Well you're supposed to eat back exercise calories so if you haven't been, you were eating too little anyway.
And you'll lose as long as you're eating at a deficit. It's worth it to lose more slowly if you're going to stick to it, as opposed to trying to lose too fast and giving up. Keep up the good work.0 -
If you were starving all the time, increasing your cals a little at a time until you feel better is not a bad idea.0
