Buddy showed me this site and started using it, great tool I must say. Starting my diet I was 270 (December) I'm now at 211. Also learned there was such a thing as too few calories shortly after joining. Oops.
I'm pretty much doin a subway diet, two 6'' sammiches a day, always the same, egg whites, no cheese all veggies (except cucumbers and pickles) with honey mustard. Low cal, low fat, but holy freakin sodium. I have a once a week cheat day where I'll eat to my hearts content.
Workout 6 days a week, twice a day on an elliptical (20 minute sessions, or a single 40 minute). Every 3 days I hit the gym, on these days only 1 elliptical session.

I noticed this site tries to say to much protein is bad juju...any truth to this? I also feel its overzealous on sodium.
