What do you do to fight the cravings?

I drink some water, wait for 15 minutes. If I am still hungry, I will eat a vegetable snack (celery, carrots,etc) or a fruit (apple, peach, etc). If I am not hungry for fruit or vegetable, I am not hungry.
I do not keep "trigger foods" at home. If I have the craving and I want to eat it, I will have to change clothes, drive to the store, park the car and buy the item. I usually stay home.0
