My name is Marie and I am new to MyFitnessPal. I am doing the 69 day Forever F.I.T. Challenge and so far I have lost 18 lbs, I am 30 days into it. I needed help with the exercise so I joined the gym but I don't know how to log exercise as the app wont give me options for the machines I worked on. I though like the food I would see individual machines and I could select them so now how do I log my exercise routine and how do I know how many calories I used. I don't understand either that when I do exercise the app gives me more calories to eat. How does that work to fight off fat. Anyone out there like to educate me please.
I did 30 minuets swimming, 15 Mins on a cross trainer, 4 set of 20 on a chest press, row machine, squats, and shoulder press and 15 minuets on the treadmill. I know its not a lot but it was a lot for me, I am extremely unfit and overweight and I am new to exercise.0 -
