Right so I've been using the app for about a week now, but my calorie counter is always so low? Like today it's only on 1000? Am I doing something wrong? I'm 99% sure I've had more than 1k calories otherwise I'd be v tired wouldn't i? Thanks

Make sure you're measuring and logging your food/calories properly. It would surprise you what can end up being eaten if it's not logged, tedious but worth it ...0

I got a food scale and a set of measuring cups/spoons. It's extremely important to make sure you're logging everything accurately. The first week I was guestimating, and when I started logging, I was amazed at how much I was still over eating. Good luck on your journey, but to be honest. I can eat only 1000 calories a day and not be tired, i'm only tired if I consistently eat that little.0

Do you have your goals set too aggressively?0
