I'm supposed to consume 1890 but I do 1100. Is that good?

no...as a male, 1890 is already a pretty substantial deficit from maintenance...you're eating less than a short 90 year old woman at 1100.0

Won't that help faster weight loss ?cwolfman13 wrote: »no...as a male, 1890 is already a pretty substantial deficit from maintenance...you're eating less than a short 90 year old woman at 1100.

Yes, but if you sustain it for more than a short period of time, your metabolism will begin to adapt to that calorie intake and slow dramatically which hurts you in the long run. On top of that, the faster you lose weight, the larger percentage of your weight loss will come from muscle mass. Stick with a moderate deficit, 1890 is already low enough.0 -

you will lose a greater % of lean mass to fat mass than most people desire. you're also going to really jack around with your hormones and stress your body out. you really shouldn't eat that low without being under the watch of a medical professional. that is extremely low calorie intake for an adult male.0 -
