Im 177lbs trying to not only lose weight but feel better inside out.
So, Im trying to replace two meals with fully raw meals. Eventually my goal is to completely go vegan.
My only problem is... idk how to consume my protein intake or better yet my caloric intake.
Any advise?

I went from vegetarian, to vegan, to partially raw and going raw was by far the hardest thing I've ever done. I felt the best being a "clean" vegan and found that it was the most manageable for me. For protein, I ate a lot of lentils, beans, brown rice, and plenty of veggies (they have protein too!). I tended to have a higher carb intake, but I still lost a lot of weight and felt amazing. My calories I kept between 1200-1400 still (I'm only 5'0").0

I tried to go fully raw today. However I ended up eating gluten free bread and albacore, and Im still five hundred some calories behind.
I can only imagine how hard to go full vegan.
Props for you for doing it.
Thanks for your feedback!
