I bought a dress and almost passed out :'( ! I couldn't believe how i let myself go, so i decided something has to give and its these love handles :D . Therfore my journey started and im already down 3lbs in one week! Yay me. :)

    Great job. I'm in same boat except for the dress. Trying to get back into shape after letting myself go. On here to try to stay motivated

    Thanks, and yes we all can let ourselves go so easily, but atleast we realized and plan on making that change. Good luck! ;)
