So I bought a hr monitor and just wondering if anyone else has it and their thoughts on it.
It is LifeTrak Zone C410. Bought it for different reasons
1) HR monitor
2) TDEE
3) waterproof for swimming laps
It also counts steps, logs sleep and workouts. I feel it over estimates calories burned during a workout and steps but loving it overall

I have a garmin vivoactive that can sync with a chest strap HRM (I use it). I've used a HRM for years and love the data for my training.0

It doesn't read HR continuously throughout exercise meaning it is extremely inaccurate.0

I thought it was overestimating calories during exercise. I try not to eat any of my calories back from exercise so not to worried. I do like to check my HR randomly during my exercise to see what percentage I'm working at0
