    Taste is highly individual. What you need is a handful of recipes you like and that you look forward to eating. Maybe you have to eat less of them. Then fill up with more veggies. I eat steak, chicken cooked dozens of ways, casseroles, stir fries, whatever sounds good. No need for "diet" recipes.
