Hi guys my name is Jeanne I'm 35 and am taking the steps in changing my life. Before I start my story I'm not looking for pitty or anything I just wanted to share my kick *kitten* high five moment in my life lol. A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with a neurological disease and my life spiraled out of control. Around this time last year I couldn't walk without assistance, I was unable to complete sentences or put words together to communicate and unable to take care of our 4 year old daughter. I have gone into what they call remission or out of cycle unfortunately there is no certain time frame on how long it will last, I could be pain free for a couple of hours up to years until it hits again. I woke up one morning and said I am going to make a change in my life I now am up to walking anywhere from 1 to 5 miles a day depending on my energy and pain levels but I push as hard as I can. I have lots of support but not from people who are actually working out or trying to make changes so I would love to connect with other ppl who are on a journey as well. Oh by the way I will totally be wearing shorts on the 4th of July :)
