Cheap Containers for Kitchen Organization

I wondered if anyone had an organization system in place in the kitchen using containers and labeling for all of your dry items in the pantry. If so, can you recommend a place to get good, cheap containers in bulk? Or a brand of containers you think are reliable? Also, do you wish you would've gotten a larger/smaller container for a certain item (or any other tips when making the organization switch)?
I would love to get rid of boxes and bags in the pantry and replace with clear, durable containers.

I do use glass more than plastics although it's not always convenient. Be sure you get BPA free plastic storage.
