Hi, my name is Marsha and I'm a newbie. I've been trying to lose weight and doing good so far. I've started doing Zumba twice a week and now that school is out, I've been going early in the mornings to walk on the treadmill. I hope I can continue to do this.

    Great job on the exercise! Just have a plan and take it one day at a time. And yes you can continue to do this!! Good luck!

    Keep it up :), get some workout movies for at home too!! that will help on those days you can't get to the gym!! Try to make it fun and have the young ones join in or if they are teenagers than well let it be LOL
