New to the community... looking for mindful people

I am new to the MFP community. I am hoping to lose and maintain a loss of 15 lbs. (Stubborn lbs. I might add) I am striving to incorporate mindfulness, meditation along with diet and exercise to my life. To create a whole well being not just physically but mentally, and spiritually too. Please friend me if you wish.
