hi guys i m so disappointed in myself,lately gained 3kgs.i try to workout whenever possible but shift duties disturb my pattern.any suggestions for me......

You could keep your sleep and eating pattern the same -- whether you are work off work or not.
Make sure you get enough sleep.

Dont panic, dont beat up its completely unhelpful. You gained 3kg, but do you know why? It could be a fluctuation or water retention. Have you been eating over your allowance? have you eaten c23,000 extra calories?
Just get back to logging and hitting your calorie goal. identify whats causing your downfall and then respond.0
