    Deepest, darkest West Wales, aka middle of nowhere (but near the sea, so bonus!)

    Training for the Cardiff half marathon in October, and endeavouring to lose my flab before I turn 40 next year.

    Trying my best to diet, but it's very hard work sticking to it!
