I know that this is not a huge improvement, but I would like to still put it out there.

Just got back from a Doctor's appointment, completely unrelated to my current cold. She is very happy with my current weight lost (5kg since the last time I saw her 4 months ago).

My weight was 68.6 kg at the office which was 600 gram difference than the weight on my scale at home in the morning. I suppose that this is a difference in calibration of the scales, but she did have my pervious weight on her scale (73kg), so the weight did actually come off.

My first intermediate goal is below 68kg, since I know is just around the corner. It is super motivating to get some professional confirmation that it is going to happen soon.

She mentioned that I am on a very good track to reaching my intermediate 65kg goal. I am pushing for before the start of the competitive season in September. She is also a bit worried that reaching 63 kg might actually be too low for my muscle content, but that we should see how I feel when I reach 65kg.
