Looking for a buddy for maintaining weight and nutrition

Hi All,

I am new here, but plan to stick around for a while. I am not looking to lose a lot - 7 - 8 lbs, maybe another 3-4 lbs when I reach my GW. I am also really looking to maintain a nutritious diet and to be stronger and more active.

I would love to have a buddy with similar aims. I've recently cut refined sugar and I'm planning to stick to it - so if you're doing that as well, I'd be thrilled to have you as a buddy.

More about me: My fitness fell apart because of an injury a year ago and then having a messed up diet after moving to a new country.... now I'm looking to get my health and fitness back.

Let me know if you want someone to hold you accountable too!! To nutrition goals and to maintaining a healthy weight or weight loss!

    Hi - feel free to add me - I've cut out bread (where I can - I bought a sandwich recently when I had not planned my days food) butter and sugar - not really missed them if I'm honest

    hey - I've added you. I usually keep bread (usually as whole wheat crackers) and oil to a minimum, but I haven't cut them out. I have had the same experience with sugar - haven't missed it at all. And my sugar crashes have gone away so I am a lot more alert mostly. :)

    Hi - I don't have much weight too lose (more than you though :)) My goal is to be healthy fit and toned. I am only on day 4 of this time round and I am doing better than ever before. I cut out sugar from my coffee LOL and actually thinking about it I haven't had any over the last 4 days. Feel free to add me

    Good job on getting to day 4 and cutting out the sugar in your coffee!... :) refined sugar really does creep up on you..

    You can add me if you like. I've cut out processed sugar and breads and I've lost over 20lbs. I'm on the last half of my weight loss journey. I work out weights and cardio about 5 times a week. I have Instagram and I love getting workout and food ideas from there as well.
    I'm keeping my friend list small here but I'm happy to add people who are here to be active and eat healthy, to help motivate and have someone to talk to.
    I've got about 15lbs to go, I'll get there eventually

    Sounds great! I'm always working to discover better eating habits - also trying hard to fit in some more pilates into my 11-12 hour work days. Good luck on your 15 lbs and congratulations on the 20 lbs!
