Are there any Type 2 diabetics that would know how much fat, protein and carbs should be in the goals for a 1200 calorie ADA diet?
I am not a diabetic but due to some steroids I have been on, my glucoses are slightly elevated and I would like to follow this diet.
Thank you in advance.

I think you would have to speak to a dietitian at your local hospital. 1200 is not a lot of calories to work with, so you really want to make good use of them.0
