I started this Journey in August of 2014 I was at 220 pounds 39% body fat i was down to 135 pounds in February but add more weight for muscle mass i wanted to be 150 pounds 15% body fat right now i am at 24% body fat 144 pounds my eating habbits are just awful but i started Monday of trying to eat clean i was eating what ever i want but work my butt off just to burn what i eat and not see any progress so now i need the motivation to stay eating clean!

I share your affliction. I train hard but never been a calorie counter, starting to get a little older and the fat just isn't coming off the way it use to. Time to make the adjustment to being more thoughtful about what and how much I consume if I want to shed and maintain.0

Yes my muscles are starting to pop just the body fat is still their i dont want to flex to show of my hard work!0
