Are you using the app or the website?
I mostly use the app. If you click on the serving size you get a drop down menu with different serving sizes. If you find an entry with a serving size of 100g there's usually a 1g option. Even the odd ones (like 151g) frequently have a 1g option. If not you can choose a different entry.0 -
You need to change the quantity of servings you log from 1 to 1.07. Here is why.
The concept is that if you ate one serving of 151g, you would log the quantity as 1.0 serving of 151g serving size. If you ate two servings of 151g (i.e. twice as much, or 151g x 2 = 302g), you would log the quantity as 2.0 servings of 151g serving size.
You weighed out 162g, which is between 1 and 2 servings. Since 162g is slightly more than 1 serving, but a lot less than 2 servings, you would log slightly more than 1 serving using a decimal amount greater than 1.0 but less than 2.0.
To determine exactly how much, take the amount of food you weighed out (162g) and divide by the amount of 1 serving size (151g); or 162g / 151g = 1.07 (approximately).
So, log 1.07 "quantity" of a "151g serving size."
