Should I take pictures?

Yes! Pictures are awesome! My clothes were getting baggier, but I couldn't actually see the difference in the mirror until I had stills to change my perception, which has screwed me both with weight loss and weight gain. Fun fact: the way I look now at 213 is what I've thought I looked like for the last couple of years at 250.
Tl;dr: You can't trust your own eyes. Take pictures. I didn't see much of a difference at 10 lbs down, but it's definitely noticeable at 30 lbs, and I plan on taking them every 10 now.0 -
Most definitely take pictures; even if they are only for yourself. There may also be weeks where the scale doesn't budge, but you are losing inches. Just as awesome in the transformation of your body.0
