A friend of mine is going to me their Insanity DVDs and I have one concern. How much clear floor space would I realistically need to be able to do it?

    Ideally a 6x6ft space would be great but I wouldn't worry too much about, if you have limited space you can do any move (like the globe jumps) just by running or jumping on the spot. At the very least, a body's length so you can do the floor moves.
