Realistic Goal for Wedding

Hi!
I'm getting married on 10/10/15. I've lost 20 lbs over the last 10 months, and have maintained the same weight for the last month. (I'm 5'4" and 152 currently) I have another ten pounds that I would like to lose before the wedding. I follow stronglifts, and run or do a Zumba class 2-3 times a week. Do you think 10 lbs is a realistic goal to achieve in the next 3 months? (Wouldn't be trying to lose the couple weeks before the wedding...) Is anyone else getting married in the fall? Would love to have some friends on here to stay accountable. Thanks for any input!

10 lbs in 4 months (not 3) would seem to be fairly realistic.

I think it's possible but you would have to be very diligent with your tracking. If you don't have a food scale, you should get one now.

3 months = 12 weeks. 10 lbs is totally doable as long as you're eating properly.

Yes, this is a realistic goal. I agree about diligence with tracking. The smaller you get, the less room there is for error to continue losing.
