anyone use water infusion bottles or pitchers? Has this helped you reach your goals? Have any good recipes or suggestions? And last ? may be a silly one but. . . How do you log infused water (or maybe you don't?)?

Love infused water...great way to get your water intake for the day as it tastes yummy! I usually do lemon and water or lemon, cucumber and mint in water..great idea for hot summer months!

I just use a regular water pitcher and throw some fruit in there. I find that I drink a lot more water when it has a little hint of flavor.

My favorite is grapefruit slices, or frozen blueberries.

I don't tend to log it, although I probably should.

Unnecessary for weight loss imo. But if you're a person who doesn't like to drink water, maybe this will help you to drink more water.

Love my infusion pitcher. We use ours to make iced tea and coffee too.

I have an infuser water bottle and just use a regular juice pitcher at home. Favorites include- watermelon mint, lemon cucumber mint and ginger, apple and cinnamon. I find it helps me drink more water and helps me to choose a flavored water over a higher caloric option like juice.
