When should I eat?

Does it matter what time of day I eat? I heard of some people who eat certain foods before and after workouts in order to properly fuel the body. I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight and tone my body. I workout everyday but I don't know if I should worry about what I eat before or after my workouts.

    Does not matter for weight loss when you eat. I eat a piece of fruit or pita bread 60-90 minutes before a workout. If I eat too much or too soon before a workout I feel like puking (I do high intensity circuit training). I don't eat anything right after, but usually it's time for dinner an hour or so after my workouts.

    It doesn't matter when you eat. I can't work out on an empty stomach, but that's highly individual. Find what works for you.
