Hi ladies!
Now preg with #4, I'm determined to keep my health and fitness a priority! I threw up everyday until Oldest DD was born so let me tell ya, I GET anyone struggling to eat healthy right now or able to peel themselves off the bathroom floor to exercise if you are preg. So I'm focusing on the little things I can control each day (eat healthy if I can, exercise if I can, nap if I can) and it's been working for me! Leave all guilt and shame behind and let's just do what we can each day! Anyone want to be fitbit or myfitnesspal friends?
