I've lost 12lbs since joining MFP. Do I have to manually change my calorie allotment or will it change it for me?

If you don't change it, it should prompt you to after 10 pounds lost0

I haven't had a prompt. So now what?0

Every time I update my weight, I go and update my goals. This re-calculates my calories.0

What are your calories set to now? If they are at 1200 they won't go any lower than that.0

Make sure your weight recorded is correct, then go in and recalculate. You have to actually tell it to do that, but it'll be the same process as when you first started.0

I got it now! It wouldn't from my the app. I had to log in from the computer! I was confused because I was entering my weekly weight loss but my calories weren't changing. Thank you guys!!0
