Hi my name is Zara, I am 27 years old mummy to three beautiful girls and currently training to get in the royal air force as a air traffic controller. Since I had my girls u had a very bad sweet tooth but at the moment both my husband and I are doing carb cycling and reducing our carbs to only weekends but have notices my love of bread and cakes has gone and I don't feel as hungry and have a need to snack. We bought a treadmill to get my cardio up ready for my fitness test which will be in a couple of months so my main exercise I do is running with the ifit work out plan. I also cycle to and from work 6 miles in total a day and also do weights with a curl bar but would live to do a proper pull up eventually!! My main focus is to get my fitness up and my cardio while loosing some weight in the process!
