TBH OP you only have 5lbs to lose from your ticker, so knuckle down and work on logging plus some exercise. If pills worked everyone would be taking them, but you will see all the successful people didnt rely on pills but found a way to be at a consistent calorific deficit. the ones with great physiques also went down the gym and put in the hours.0

Pills can be very harmful to your body. You only have 5 lbs to lose, not a huge deal.
Drink lots of water, pick fruit or protein instead of bread, log your food here, and try to not consume much alcohol for a couple of months. That should do it. Or, even better, take a long walk everyday and you will reach your goal in no time.
