I find I'm terrified to do any core work. Have lost 60 pounds, am doing interval training about 6 days a week, but my middle is thick as a brick. Any experience with this or specific exercise suggestions would be so appreciated. The scar is vertical, dead center of my abdomen, and about 8 inches long. I have never lifted. Thanks fitness pals!
