I am going to record 5 things I am grateful for everyday
1. I am grateful for myfitnesspal app to help me along my weightloss journey
2. I am grateful for opportunities to do things differently and lessons to learn and grow
3. I am grateful for the banana smoothie I prepared this morning and having the ingredients available
4. I am grateful for my positive approach
5. I am grateful for the fact I am willing to change and be more gentle to myself0 -

I do it in my head every day. No time set aside or such, but I have made it a point when I get angry or very stressed to just help settle my mind by saying something I am grateful for.0

I am grateful I have legs that work and that I am healthy enough to take on any activity I want without hurting myself. I am grateful again for my legs because they allow me to bike to work multiple times per week. I am grateful for those long bike rides that take the stress away. I'm grateful for the wonderful nutritious food I am able to put on the table every day for my family, for which I am also grateful for.0
