Hi everyone I usually start out strong and lose 20 pounds but then stop because it gets to hard and gain it all back and more. I really need to do this for my health. I'm 43 and very unhealthy.

You just need to take it one day at a time. I know tracking food can be quite annoying sometimes, especially homecooked meals where you have to add everything, but it is totally worth it. It's all about calories in/calories out. If you track your food accurately and update your macros every 10 pounds, and 5 pounds when you get closer to your goal and stay within those macros you will succeed. Good luck!0
