I don't eat pass 7pm. I have to say, I feel great! Then eat around 6am 7am next morning. Good fasting. Anyone else can relate?

    Happy you're feeling great. Please note that timing has no relevance on weight loss, it's all about the deficit. Personally, I stop eating around 7-8 and don't eat until 9:30-10:30 in the a.m., this isn't for weight loss, it's just the way my body works.

    Caloric deficit is when you consume less calories than you burn.

    My last meal of the day is usually around 6pm. I then don't eat again until about 8am the next morning. I'm not really that hungry when I wake up.

    I eat dinner early- 6pm at the latest and don't eat again til about 7am. This is pretty much how I always eat, diet or not. Never been a late night snacker.

    I usually stop eating around 9:30 and don't have breakfast til about 10:30. That's just the way I roll.
