I'm below my calorie goal is eating Sunflowers passed 7 pm gonna effect my weight or progress this may be a silly question aha

As long as you don't go over your calorie goal, you're good.
You could literally eat your entire day's calories at 2 in the morning and then go back to sleep. As long as you don't go over for the day you're fine.0 -
Timing doesn't matter, just as long as you don't eat enough seeds to wipe out your deficit.
Now, the sodium content on sunflower seeds might be another matter. You could hold some extra water weight if you've had too much salt.0 -
