Tonight's dish -- sautéed w/ olive oil and some seasoning. Served w/ salmon and quinoa boiled in chicken stock.

Num num num. Tossed in a bit of oil and kosher salt and baked, fried with bacon, shredded and sauteed then mixed with a little sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds...

Cook in low salt-no msg chicken broth with garlic until tender and juice is evaporated. Add tablespoon of butter to coat.

Interesting... I'll have to try that. They don't get soggy?

I roast a huge pan with olive or avocado oil, garlic salt, and pepper on the weekends. Love them for every meal. Great for breakfast with some diced bacon and an egg on top, for lunch with a bunch of other roasted veggies tossed into a salad, or as a simple side of dinner. Best veggie ever!

Breakfast with diced bacon and a fried egg? That... is... an awesome idea.
