Got a question

I want to gain weight.im 128 pounds and 5'8. I lift(no cardio) but should i count calories or is it just about the protein to get all of the muscle.

    If you are not in a calorie surplus you will not gain fat or muscle. So count to make sure you are at least for now.

    you need a caloric surplus, a heavy lifting program, and you want to get a majority of your calories from carbs...
