What is your take on soy protein isolate

I heard its super bad and it's in a lot of the foods I eat like morning star and kashi bars. Btw could it be that's why I'm always bloated after eating morning star? Ima stop eating morning star even though it's so yummy I get so bloated :(

    I found that Soy protein really bothered my GI system so I recently switched to a Pea and Rice based protein which seems to be a lot easier for me to digest.

    Yes I always noticed soy milk and soy protein would bloat me and was hard to digest. Prefer whey protein.
