Hello everyone I'm not only looking to loose weight but also change some bad eating habits. I'm on the goal towards clean eating.

    Me too I'm going to do it right no tricks no pills or drops just good old fashioned healthy choices

    Just remember, it's all about calories in verse calories out! You can still eat your favorite foods, but just remember about modification. Track everything you put in your body, even on 'bad' days. If you're really dedicated buy a food scale and good measuring cups and measuring spoons. If you try and cut out your favorite foods, a lot of times you will splurge on them. Instead eat 1 burger instead of 2, half a candy bar instead of a whole, half a soda instead of a whole; whatever your vice don't eliminate it completely. Of course add healthy foods into your diet; protein, fruits, veggies, healthy meats (unless vegetarian of course). Good luck on this amazing journey!
