Binging on.. Protein ..

I didnt realize I had so much in the fridge I had to cook, so I had myself a grill-fest. I grilled 4 chicken breasts (all weighed out to ~2lb) and some 15% hamburger patties (18oz).

Then I ate it all. :noway:
No mashed potatos or rice with my chicken. Just chicken. No buns with my burgers.. Just the meat.
I devoured it and worst part, I was still hungry after. 3000 calories and 300g+ of protein later, still hungry.

To make it worse, I tried to rationalize with myself about it! "You worked hard lifting earlier, so its ok, you needed it! You're recovering!"

Uhh huh. ::frown:

I know what now, move on and dont punish myself.
But I regret not binging on better stuff now! Why couldn't I binge on Candy, or chinese food.
Just.. Blah!
