Hello iam Taimur and I am 39years and I am 140kgs. I need some tips for weight loss. Anyone who can guide me on how shed quick.

    Don't put yourself on a timeline. You did not gain all the weight over night and it is unrealistic to expect to lose it overnight. Just pay attention to your calorie goals, and make sure you log all of your food (and drink) intake as accurately and honestly as possible and the weight will start coming off. Your are running a weight loss marathon, not a sprint. :) You can do this! :flowerforyou: Good luck!

    the general focus is on calories in vs calories out. many people also work on eating healthier as well

    log everything: food and exercise
    read the stickies at the top of the forum

    be patient. it takes time. and it will not happen all at once or in straight line
