Hi, I've been looking at posts & comments this morning..when I started my weight loss journey I started logging my food within the diary on the app but not consistently..

I'm a member of a NHS driven group called "Choose to change". It is a support mechanism & helps you make life changing options regarding your lifestyle..It's for individuals who have a BMI of 35 or higher.

I highly recommend this type of group & it has helped me greatly..Before I started choose to change I wanted a gastric bypass, however I no longer want this & have proven to myself that I can lose weight

    Hi Nobby,

Well done for signing up for the NHS group - were you referred by your GP?

I have just started doing MFP again - I did it January/February and dropped 30 pounds which I put back on :/ - and want to drop a couple of stone by the start of August when I go on holiday.

My starting BMI was in the 34 range but my goal is 80 pounds so similar to yours.

I am in the UK too - add me as a friend if you like.

    James
