Snack before bedtime

I tried an experiment last week in regards to snacking before bedtime & if I wake during the night..I read an online article that suggested eating cherries..So I bought some as part of my weekly shop & they were gorgeous..they are also low in kcals & high in vitamins & flavonoids

    That sounds great!. I usually just snack either a cup of honey bunches of oats with a cup of skim milk, or a small whey protein shake (1scoop of protein+half a cup of unsweetend almond milk or water, or half a cup of skim milk). Sometimes I just have green tea and a slice of toasted bread

    Cherries is because they are said to have an effect on melatonin in case people didnt realise. Just thought id say. I personally eat a lot of my food late at night but it tends to be the time Im most awake.
