I'm 158 lbs, 15% BF and 6 foot 2. Yes, I'm a noob. Which excercises do you recommend? Are things such as sit ups worth it yet or should I lower BF a bit more first?

Thanks

That would really depend on what you want to achieve?

I hope to lower body fat to around 13% and gain a little bit of muscle - thanks and sorry for not saying before as I thought I did!

8-19% is the healthy range for your age group.
That gives you a healthy range of 148-210 lbs. for your age and height.

You can definitely start getting toned and building muscle where you are at now. You might even gain some definition, as you work out and maintain your weight ( recomp ).

If your looking to get highly defined ( "washboard abs" etc. ), you will likely have to continue to lower your BF% to below 10% to get those kinds of results.

At 6'2" and 153 pounds, you're skinny. Forget the sit ups, you need to lift H E A V Y and add some serious muscle.

153 pounds at 15% = 130 pounds of lean muscle (skinny)

180 pounds at 18% = 147.6 pounds of lean muscle and will look much better.
